A little about me
The beginning is my favorite part
My head is always a little in the clouds. I will be in the middle of one thing and catch myself thinking through the problem of something else instead, the what-ifs, how it works now, how it could work better. Every now and then one of those daydreams is worth building, so I do.
Right now that looks like a freight brokerage here in Birmingham, a few rental properties, and a running list of ideas I am slowly chipping away at. Most of what you will see below started as a headache in one of my own companies. I would build the fix for myself, and pretty soon other people wanted it too.

Graycorp Logistics
My freight brokerage. Oversized loads, flatbed, heavy haul, all 48 states. I started it with a phone and a spreadsheet. Now we move freight every single day.
Post Properties
The real estate side of things. A handful of rentals, short term and long term, that I manage myself and plan to keep for a very long time.
FreightDeck
Pricing software for freight brokers. It began as a permit calculator I hacked together for my own team. Turns out brokers everywhere had the same problem, so now it is a real product people pay for.
The Site Lab
A free, no-nonsense read on your website. Honest feedback on your positioning, your message, and whatever is quietly costing you customers. No signup, no catch.
AI Site Check
Checks whether tools like ChatGPT and Claude can actually find your business and recommend it. If they cannot, it hands you a plan to fix that.
Built for an audience of one
Little robots I made for myself
The stuff that hums along in the background. Most of it exists because I got tired of doing the same thing twice.
AI Assistant
My right hand. It is wired into my calendar, email, and to-do list. I text it from Discord and it quietly runs my day for me.
CFO Agent
Reads my QuickBooks and sends me the monthly, quarterly, and yearly numbers the way a good CFO would. I always know where things stand without ever logging in.
Settlement Processor
Reads carrier settlements and pays my reps for me. It used to eat hours of my week. Now it is done before I finish my coffee.
